Corporate responsibility is part of our self-image and thus firmly anchored in our value system. We are convinced that economic success and social responsibility towards employees, the environment and society must go hand in hand. For our employees, we want to be a strong and healthy employer that acts in an economically responsible manner and thus secures and expands jobs in the long term.

We are therefore purposefully driving forward projects to promote a responsible and strong community. In doing so, CSR activities at msg Plaut are carried out in a largely decentralised and autonomous manner in order to respond flexibly and unbureaucratically to regional or local circumstances. We want to ensure that social responsibility is understood by all locations and companies in the msg Group as an integral part of our corporate mission.

We support various initiatives and social projects with donations in kind and time. We are particularly proud of all our colleagues who are committed to the good cause with a lot of creativity and heart and soul.

We want our employees to feel comfortable at msg Plaut. That is why, for example, we promote a culture of appreciation as part of our 'People in focus' initiative, which creates freedom, enables participation and sets impulses for positive working relationships.


The neunerhaus is a Viennese social organisation that enables homeless people and people at risk of poverty to lead a self-determined and dignified life with medical care, housing and counselling. 

The aim is to help those affected to help themselves in order to improve their living situation in the long term. Every year, more than 900 formerly homeless and homeless people are cared for and counseled in three residential houses and with mobile social work. neunerhaus provides care for more than 5,000 people in its health centre every year.

We have been supporting neunerhaus Billrothstraße for years and fulfil the Christmas wishes of the residents with the "Christmas in a Shoebox" campaign.

We want our employees to stay healthy, so we provide them with a comprehensive range of services. This includes a company doctor with various advisory and preventive services, such as vaccination advice, eye examinations, ergonomics advice, consultation hours and much more.

With our Dog Policy, our colleagues can also bring their dogs into the office - to the delight of the others!

myclubs membership


We offer our employees membership in myclubs, which gives them access to 35 types of sports from many different providers. Whether yoga, tennis, cross-training or boxing, online or in the gym - our colleagues can work out alone or in a team.
