Corporate social responsibility is part of our identity and thus firmly anchored in our value system. We are convinced that economic success and social responsibility towards employees, the environment and society must go hand in hand. We want to be a strong and healthy employer for our employees, one that acts in an economically responsible manner and thus secures and expands jobs in the long term.
We therefore specifically promote projects that foster a responsible and strong community. msg Plaut's CSR activities are largely decentralized and self-sufficient in order to respond flexibly and unbureaucratically to regional or local conditions. We want to ensure that social responsibility is understood as an integral part of our corporate mission by all msg group locations and companies.
We take our social responsibility seriously on many levels
msg Plaut supports various initiatives and social projects with monetary donations, donations in kind and donations of time. We are also especially proud of all of our colleagues who dedicate themselves to a good cause with a lot of creativity and passion.
We want our employees to feel comfortable at msg Plaut. That is why, for example, we promote a culture of appreciation as part of our 'People Matter Most' initiative, which creates freedom, enables participation and sets impulses for positive working relationships.

Social aspects
At msg Plaut, we believe that true responsibility starts within our own team. To support the health and well-being of our employees, we offer regular on-site consultations with our company doctor at our Vienna headquarters.
In addition, we provide comprehensive services for mental health and psychological counseling in cooperation with our trusted occupational health partner Health Consult. These services can be accessed confidentially and anonymously, ensuring that every colleague receives the support they need—whether for physical health or mental well-being.
By combining proactive medical care with a strong focus on psychological resilience, we create a safe and supportive working environment where people can thrive.

Sport for a good cause
Every year, around 30 colleagues from msg Plaut take part in the vienna night run. By running together, we not only promote team spirit and inclusion, but also support sustainable initiatives such as CO₂ compensation through mangrove planting - meaning, over the years, we have planted over 100 trees together!
Donations
We regularly sponsor RoboManiac, a Vienna-based provider of MINT (STEM) robotics and programming workshops for children. In 2024, we partnered with them for the Vienna “Daughters’ Day”, helping inspire girls to explore technology and engineering. Additionally, proceeds from the internal collection and donation of used monitors were donated to RoboManiac—supporting their mission to prepare the next generation for a digital future.
Each year, our employees at msg Plaut assembles around 100 shoebox-sized holiday gifts for neunerhaus, a Vienna-based nonprofit dedicated to providing housing, medical care (including dental and veterinary services), and social support to homeless and at-risk individuals. These thoughtfully packed shoeboxes are delivered directly to neunerhaus to be given to those in need, embracing the spirit of giving with care and dignity.
